The products of the Real Greek Protein range are based on the unique Greek protein of sheep and goat whey of the Hellenic Protein SA group, which was established in 1995 with the aim of creating Greek milk proteins of high quality.
The sheep and goat whey protein of Hellenic Protein SA is of the highest quality and has high nutritional value, with a range of advantages that have made it famous in Greece and abroad, including the fact that the whey used for its production:
- Comes from the processing of sheep and goat milk from the Greek cheese plants that produce PDO Feta cheese and other traditional Greek cheeses. This offers it unique consistency and characteristics.
- Is collected on a daily basis, is pasteurized and then immediately cooled after the cheese-making process, therefore ensuring the freshness and the excellent quality of the product before its final processing.
- Is processed in state-of-the-art high-tech production units of the group, using the most trustworthy methods internationally such as Ultrafiltration / Diafiltration, under mild conditions, so as to avoid the change in the consistency of the protein – and therefore of its nutritional value – under strictly controlled health conditions, with systematic quality control and strict implementation of the quality system according to ISO22000.
