1. Product delivery
Delivery is done through ELTA courier, within 4 working days, as long as the delivery address is covered by the network of ELTA’s door-to-door service. The client, after contacting firstname.lastname@example.org can mention whether he/she prefers morning of afternoon delivery.
2. Payment methods
The available payment methods are:
Credit card, cash card or pre-paid card (we accept Visa and Mastercard)
Payment upon receipt at ELTA carries an extra charge of 2.50€.
Bank deposit at the Eurobank account: 0026.0226.60.0200847212, IBAN: GR 77026.0226.0000.600.200847212
You are kindly asked not to forget to include you name as the depositor, otherwise the order cannot be dispatched.
3. Order cancellation
The order can be cancelled only in the case it has not been executed properly. In case you want to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
4. Change of order
The order can change only if it has not been already executed. In case you want to change your order, please contact us immediately.
5. Product return
For safety reasons, there cannot be a return of food. In case of wrong execution of order or if the content arrives in less than perfect condition, the client can be refunded after contacting email@example.com.
The same applies as for the previous paragraph, item 5, “Product return”.
7. Purchase limit
Please note that the minimum order is 25€.
